UK orders please allow 1-3 working days to receive your item once it is prepared and packaged.

Internationally orders please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order depending on your location.

Customised and reworked orders please allow up to 3 weeks to be made. If you would like your order by a specific date please contact us and we can try our best to get your item to you by your required date.

All orders made during the weekend or public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We are a small company and appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

All UK orders will be sent Royal Mail first class signed for delivery.

All international orders will be sent DHL worldwide express delivery.

UK royal mail first class signed for cost £5.

International orders cost £20 - £40 depending on your location this will calculated at checkout.

When placing an international order please be aware you may need to pay import fees which will be the responsiblity of the recipient. DHL will be in contact direct to arrange payment where applicable

Please double check all delivery information before purchase we will not be held responsible for you entering wrong details. Orders that are returned due to an invalid address may incur an extra shipping charge if they are reshipped.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. For all deliveries someone will need to be present to receive and sign for your package.
